Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website.

Your use of our website and purchase of any of our products is subject to these terms and conditions and by using our website and/or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact our customer service via email at hello@rassvetskateboards.com before placing your order with us.
We may amend these terms from time to time, but any changes to these terms will not affect any order already made by you. Every time you wish to use our website, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. These terms were most recently updated on April 20th 2024.

BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSITE
To order a product, you can create an account or checkout as a guest. You will need to provide us with your name and email address to register with us. You will also be required to create a username and password. After creation of the account, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail with your account details.
You may place an order for the products on the website by following the various prompts on screen to add a product to your basket. When you have placed all the products you wish to purchase into your basket you may proceed to the check-out area of the website and submit your order to us by clicking the “Checkout” button.

After placing an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order & payment has been accepted.
We require payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. You will then receive another email from us confirming your order has been shipped with a link to download your invoice & tracking number. From then on, all communication regarding tracking of your parcel will come directly from DHL.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us in relation to the purchase of those products.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible, before accepting your order, if the goods you have ordered are not available.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Price are mentioned on RASSVET E-SHOP in Euros, Pound Sterling for United-Kingdom, US Dollars for United States of America, Canadian Dollars for Canada and Japanese Yen for Japan. For Europe & the United Kingdom prices include any V.A.T. applicable in the delivery country.
You must pay by debit or credit card on Shop pay (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and American Express) or by using PayPal, at the time of the order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product listed on our site is correct. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product's correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any goods provided to you.
You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee - we are not responsible for this.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All our orders are shipped from France.
We ship delivery duties paid for the UK & US.
For all other countries, we ship delivered at place. Please note RASSVET E-SHOP has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.
We are not responsible for any such customs duties, taxes or requirements, nor are we responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs duties or taxes or non-compliance, and we will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are carried out by DHL standard and express, Monday to Saturday, depending on the option chosen by the client at the time of validating their order.
For France & EU with have fixed delivery rates for apparel. For hardware delivery prices are shown and calculated at checkout.
For all other countries, delivery options and prices will be shown and calculated at checkout.
Orders on Friday or over the weekend are shipped the following week.
The products will be delivered to the delivery address specified by you on the order form. You must therefore ensure its accuracy. Please ensure the address you provide is one where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes.
At this time we do not deliver certain countries, please make sure to select your delivery country to make sure we can ship your order.
Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
CANCELLATION BY YOU
For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving the products and receive a refund, minus the cost of shipping & return. Please note, the cost of your return label - calculated on the return portal - will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original tags.
We are not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 7 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or
- (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the products.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have both expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Please note that items purchased online from the RASSVET E-SHOP cannot be returned to the DSM store.
We cannot process exchanges at this time. Please return your order and place a new one.
FAULTY GOODS
If you receive a product and find it is damaged or faulty when it is delivered to you or develops a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on how quickly you make us aware of the problem. Where you believe a product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, please inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving your name, address and order number. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
LIABILITY
We are only liable for any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the terms of this agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes any statutory rights you might have as a consumer or our liability to you for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that we cannot legally limit or exclude.
AVAILABILITY AND SECURITY
Our website is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our website for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our website through your internet connection are aware of these terms and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
We use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your information against any leakage or misuse. The use of SSL encryption scrambles data sent from the browser to the RASSVET E-SHOP server in such a way that only we can read it. We take reasonable care to make our website as secure as possible. We will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account username. We do not guarantee that our website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our website. You should use your own virus protection software.

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. You may not transfer or assign any or all your rights or obligations under this contract to anyone else.
Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any right to enforce any of its terms.
